Van De Pol offers routed delivery to all residential customers in central CA and the San Joaquin Valley, which means we will automatically deliver your fuel without your having to schedule deliveries.

Automatic Routed Delivery

Our automatic propane delivery service helps you take a task off your to-do list, and you can rest assured that you’ll always have enough fuel in your tank. We track your propane usage using a tank monitor. This device will alert us when it’s time to refill your tank. These are available with approved terms for no additional cost to our residential routed delivery customers. COD customers do not qualify for a monitor.

Do I Ever Have to Check My Tank?

While we will handle all your ordering and scheduling for you, it’s still a good idea to periodically check your propane gauge, just in case. Our team will track usage and make deliveries automatically, but a sudden increase in usage (like adding more members to your household or property additions) could throw off your typical usage schedule. If you have any changes in your propane usage, make sure to tell us right away.

Will-Call Propane Delivery

If you’d rather forgo routed delivery, you can enroll as a will-call customer. This means it’s your responsibility to check your propane tank’s fuel gauge and schedule deliveries. The best time to call us is when your tank gauge reads 30% full.
